Notice to All Residents

  • All patio and window screens MUST be kept in descent, functional condition.  Units with missing or damaged screens will be assessed a fine beginning November 1, 2012 in the amount of $25 daily until necessary repair is done.

  • All personal items in storage rooms, but not inside assigned storage closet(s) will be discarded after November 1, 2012.

  • If you are having construction done inside your unit, it is your responsibility to ensure the dumpster is not used by contractors to dispose of debris.  This is for residential garbage only!  Additionally, contractors MUST NOT use elevator to transport construction items.  They must use the stairs.  If any damage occurs you will be financially responsible to the Association.

  • Shopping carts are NO LONGER allowed on Hillcrest 11 property. We have been cited because these have been left on catwalks and stairways which could impede evacuation in the event of an emergency.  You should purchase your own cart to transport personal items to your unit, or use the supplied condo valet cart and return it to the designated storage closet when finished using it.

  • Do not place furniture, shelving, mirrors, glass or any other bulk item in the dumpster room.  It is your responsibility to take such items to the county landfill.  Our waste services contractor does not remove such bulk items.  If you place any item in the dumpster room, and it must be hauled away, you will be fined in addition to being financially responsible for the cost of removal.

  • Balconies cannot be used for storage and must be clutter-free and clean at all times.
