** Please note, a non-refundable application fee of $100.00 is required for each applicant over the age of 18, or for a married couple.  Kindly make check payable to: Hillcrest Country Club #11 Condominium Association, Inc.

To satisfy the Association’s application process kindly provide the following items:

•  Completed Application Form.

•  Application for Occupancy Form.

•  Copy of driver’s license for each adult who will occupy unit.

•  Copy of vehicle registration for each vehicle that will use Association’s parking lot.

•  Letter for each adult from his or her employer stating length of employment.

•  Letter from previous landlord.

•  Copy of proposed lease or purchase contract.

•  Application fee of $100.00 (check or money order payable as stated above).
